Pre – Dinner Tasting in Our Bar Featuring:

  • St Croix Red – Light bodied with a smokey aroma and earthy finish

  • Cayuga White – crisp, refreshing, fruit forward white with hints of grapefruit, citrus and peach

  • Country Porch Peach – Light peach aromas with soft, semi-sweet flavors of citrus and peaches.

 

Appetizer: Shrimp, scallop and crab gratin with Vidal Blanc

About the wine: Medium bodies and delicately balanced with citrus notes and a soft melon finish.

 

Salad: Strawberry-Walnut Spring salad with fresh strawberries, candied walnuts, goat cheese, creamy balsamic dressing over fresh arugula mix with a dry Rose’.

About the wine: Clean and delicate with hints of citrus and a dry, raspberry finish

 

Main: Steak Au Poivre, roasted root vegetable with Twisted Red

About the wine: Bordeaux-style red blend with layered notes of blackberry,

cherry and plum

 

Dessert: Tiramisu with Root 63 Café

About the wine: Semi-sweet red with hints of cherry and dark chocolate infused with coffee.

 

Finish: Shades sparkling wine bursting with flavors of bright raspberry and pomegranate.
