Sage & Salt is open Wednesday through Sunday starting at 4pm. Last seating is at 8pm Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday; 9pm Friday and Saturday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Yes. Gluten-free dishes are clearly marked throughout our menu. A gluten-free bun is available for an additional $2. Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions.

Yes. Sage & Salt was formerly Saltwater Grille. Brook and Andy rebranded in January 2025 after 18 years. Same location, same core team, new menu with lower prices.
